Back to Perth June 2008.

Now. Back to Perth June 2008 pictures. Like i said, my trip was not much. I spent most of my time buying lunch and dinner while my mum was working. Watch simpsons and the family guy. Do nothing and just walk around the city.

Arrived during foundation day which is a holiday, so all shops were closed except some fastfood place. Stayed at the Parmelia. Just 5 minutes walk to mum's workplace.

That red building is her workplace. London's place it is called i think at St George's Terrace

My favourite place: woolworth! Go green babeh. Haha. Anyways the queue was always so damn long that it took almost half an hour to get to the counter.

This was taken during lunch time. And yeah this is the CBD.

My usual route for 4 days. kul 9 Bangun. Liat TV (procrastinating kan mandi) Mandi. kul 10. Jalan melalui jalan ini. Lepak kat city. DAN bali makanan. Balik hotel by 12. Tunggu lunch with mum.

This was one of our favourites. SERIOUSLY. Its a vegetarian restaurant so no worried bout piggies or non halal meat. There's not meat anyway. BUT really. The falafel balls has got to be the best food in the form of a ball i've ever had. Not to mention the falafel bread and and the humus. The falafel pockets cost around 8 AUD. Yes mahal but if you dine in you can indulge the salad bar as many times as possible.

Okay KFC is very generous on the fries. NYAMAN yo. I missed that too. The fries are not only long...it was FAT with potato. I had fries for my dinner twice i think. Its around 4 AUD.

And tadaaa. Smoked salmon maki from Shimizu the halal japanese food place. This is around 9 AUD. Tapi i ate it a couple of times last April so i was just introducing it to my mum. hahaha.

Mum went back on thursday so i had to lodge at my cuz Ka Sha's residential hall, St Catherine college.

This is in the suburbs. Walks away from the UWA. I think its called the broadway. I'm not sure. Kaka Sha was in the post office downstairs to post some of her honors research project questionaires so apalagi...alen alen la.
I forgot this restaurant's name. Its kind of mix between japanese food and Korean though the waitress was a korean. I was there for the korean. I'm a bigger fan of korean cuisine than Japanese cuisine.

My food- something squid. hahah. Okaylah.

The next day we went to Insan's cafe- malaysian restaurant (because Lin told me that the would go there once in a week.). I had chicken tandoori. Mahal lah pokoknya. Macam air bandung nya 4 AUD. Gila. Baik tah ku membawa sirap sendiri. hahah.

Selepas makan kami pergi ke King's Park. But since darkness falls at 5 (its winter) when we reached there it was dark already. It was fine though since i always wanted to see the lights of cities at night. (just like when we were in Franfurt, Germany...i really wanted to see the lights at night but it only turned dark after 10 pm coz it was summer time and mum had to work the next day so we went back hotel early. i didn't get my chance to see the city lights. ='( huhu I have this obsession with city lights. haha) soo i really love that night. It was the most beautiful night during the trip / or any travel trips i've been in.

Went to guardian to buy women's pads. Bout found something interesting...pampes utk lelaki!! i wonder why they need it for?? Macam its not like they bleed every month. Or its it. the /eyebro ahahah.

While waiting for movie, we went for some window shopping. terlihat sesuatu yang memikat hati. It was unbelievable but i didn't buy anything at all =D

The city was more alive during Friday night.

Piccadally cinema where we watched Prince Caspian (it was the third time for me)

My last day...saturday, we went to King's Park again. For the daytime view of the park and its surroundings. That is the Swan river taken from King's Park.

Banarnya, i was really happy that i got the chance to walk around the place. It was peaceful and beautiful.

Ada jambatan haha (i love taking pictures with bridges too.)

A place so green, so peaceful that you feel like you can lean and depend on almost anything.

And there were fields were you could just lie down and sleep. Or walked with bare feet. (i did as fn said haha) Nyamannn rumputnya. macam basah2 rasanya. I saw two just married couples taking their wedding pictures. bah lakastah future husband ku who ever you are. Lets get married there. ahaha nadadeh. Lets just take wedding pictures there. =p

And thenn its time to leave ='( sniff. Atleast, i threw myself in the beauty of Swan river. Came back and left a something (its physical like i said. you can see it.) behind but its okay...it was all worth it.

My last night in Perth. Watched movie again. This time the Sex and City (gotta love the movie..(no censor man =p)

leaving on a jet plane. I ran to the boarding gate just a few seconds before they made the last call for the last four passengers (ahahaha one was me as usual =p)

I took pictures with my mobile phone. Aparently i have that 'flight mode' when i switch on my hp. so no worries.

Lunch time. Taken just right after i stole vomit bags out of people's seats and the loo and used them as wrappers for my souvenirs (love packets). Save money save the earth bahhh.

And wilst writing poems (which are as usual questioning things and stuffs about life and ect...u don't need to know.) for them, i saw something. I remembered prolly in a love letter of one of them i wrote.. jangan kata roundabout yang ku cari, lautan dan gunung sudah kurentasi... mcm cematulah but it was a joke because that poem was written before i saw this. I had been staring out the window looking at the beautiful creation of god for mankind. And i saw from above the clouds...one beautiful thing that god created just mankind- and its LOVE. Corny? Think again.

"None of you will truly believe until you love for your brother what you love for yourself".
(narrated by Bukhari)

I don't know if you can see it. But in that picture you can see a long river right. And on the right the river forms a perfect heart shape. Its kind of far so you can't really see it (apparently i was so amused by the sight that when i grabbed my hp the heart shaped river was already far from the plane)

Until next time Perth (if there is free accomodation and cheap fare again..) i had a great time there. Maybe next time it would be Sydney or Brisbane kah hahaha sangal jua Perth saja. Bye. Loves.

Perth April 2008

As promised a while ago (while i still had my Fragile Material blog), some of the pictures during my 1 week trip to Perth in April. Some ...because there's about 200+ pictures. Can't bring myself to post all of it here right. That would be crazy.

The landscape infront of Regal Apartment. Regal Apartment, Regal Place, East Perth was the place i stayed for 3 days if i'm not mistaken.

Our first day trip out of Perth...destination: Wave Rock- a geographical wonder. Took a painful six hours to get there by bus. We did stop at York a historical town. Forgot to take pictures there.

Wave Rock. (yatah ne batu yang kan di liat selepas mauk dalam bas selama 6 jam. *mental*

The happy face of finally getting out of the faking bus to see a rock.

A view from the top. I think this place is sub desrt so it was quite hot.

The reserve park. (reminds me of bukit shahbandar but nicer)

When the rest of the family went home, ni anti and i (and lin and sis) stayed at the Duxton Hotel. Crazy expensive but its the only one we could get last minute.

At Fremantle where a cute cuddly dog that looks cuter than a cat chased me (because i don't ike to be near one so i guess it knows)

Second day trip out of Perth.. First stop: Caversham wild life park. Koalas and Kangaroos and wombats.

Wildflower shop (where we had lunch.)

Then: The Pinnacles desert. Again it took around a damn 6 hours to get there but heck, there's even a toilet in the bus so weee. inda jua mauk banar.

Pinnacles Desert- again geographical wonder. Google sendiri. What i remembered is that those pinnacles are line stones that protude from the ground formed within i think thousands or million of years. (the place used to be a vast body of water.)

Then one of the very bebau lantuh beach in that national park.

Final stop: 4wd ride and snowboarding in the sanddunes at a small fishing village 2 hours from Perth called Lancelin.

White sand dunes. Tried Sandboarding.

The 4WD vehicle.

Spent the rest of the time being lost into the beauty and serenity of Lancelin. (awu bah actually banarnya sandboarding atu terlampau laju kan kan gugur jantung ku dibuatnya hahaha)

This is real. Toom it in the man made fountain place infront of regal apartment. Perth the Swan city. Never really dreamt of going but went there anyways. And it was great.

I go crazy over the reds.

Si Tiqah ani sejak dahulu kala sememangnya minat kan team football Spain. Yes i have eventhough they never really did win big internationally. Its okay hahah because its the only team i remember most of the players name hahaha. Hence, this was the reason i bought books to learn Spanish last time and wished that i'll visit the place one day. (silly reason right..just because of football haha) And also the reason why i bought some Spain shirt from Adidas few years ago (that cost me bucks). Point one: i go crazy over the reds.

Anyways, back to my story... i was waiting for my Spain vs Greek match yesterday when i found out that Aragones is switching the players. Macam Casillas ku nada kan! No Casillas. No Ramos. No Torres. No Villa. No Puyol. Mcm it was really frightening to watch 10 reserves play that i fell asleep frustrated (because my favourite wasn't goalkeeping =p ahaha and because it was 3 oclock in the morning) Okay it wasn't at all frightening, there was Xabi alonso and Cesc Fabregas. My point two is...I MISSED IT BAHH! And they won. 2-1 with goals scored by Rubén de la Red and Daniel Güiza and it was their first international goal. Terharu saya eh. The chance to play is made open for these reserves.

From the words of Aragones (yang tua udah. He's born in 1930+ yo) "Obviously, we are facing the world champions – the four-times world champions – so perhaps it is the most difficult of the quarter-finals but any tie at this stage is going to involve a strong team, and in the semi-finals even more so. "

Spain vs Italy. Now that'll really make my heart palpitate. =S lalala. God let my eyes open for this game. Jangan tidur.

There are some missing pieces but this is life now. Can you see it? You should. If not. You haven't been paying attention.

Maybe its not worth it trying to make people see that something they can't see or questioning why it doesn't seem right anymore. I wish things to stay the same having the same nice aura which is comforting and yet people never even notice what is i left in swan river. I'll stop at there. I've posted everything in this post. you just need to open your eyes, stare and see. Macam semakin tawar hati ini. So i'm leaving every questions behind. Salam malam. and safe journey to those who are flying off for hols.

Have you ever wonder why we do the things we did? Or think about consequesnces before the actions are done?

Often we try to find laughter by forgetting the littlest sorrows. And yet those little things are what makes life sparkle. We tend to look for solace in imagination. All because reality doesn't go how you want it to go. We try so hard to accomplish something, to find out at the end of the day it is ruin. We are always trying to be a better person. No one seem to acknowledge how unique each and everyone is. At other times we crave for justice, knowing that when manic mind and emotions are involved, nothing is ever just. We often avoid something that leaves a mark, thinking that it would be better in time. Perhaps, if you don't make initiative, it never will. We know that we can't control our emotions only our actions. And yet we make irrational actions.

What is it that one seek from the people around? Is it acceptance? Or self completion? Comfort? Or perhaps just plainly happiness? What we seek differs from each other. You deny you long for something from others. Maybe you won't even realise what it is that you long for. You make a mission out of life. To achieve your own written goal. Some can survive being themselves while trying. Others throw away their sense of self to achieve what they think is the right thing to do. What is the right thing to do anyway? Because one right might be a wrong for the opposite side.

A questionable path. I'm not the only one in it.

Ps- On jdrama, jap movie and manga marathon (oguri!) Late night sleep and strained eyes stimulated this mind to think.Being emo and sad over a manga (hint: it starts with N ends with O. Can't stop reading it now) .Serously sedih kalau kmu baca chapter 400,401 and 402. I never thought... ='( Can one really throw away his self just so someone he loves can be in peace?

Questionable Path.

You have chosen a questionable path. You are intoxicated with everyday's emotions.

As said by the results of an online (facebook) quiz. I guess some people/things can just read me. Unbelievable. Even the internet(a non living thing) says i'm pathetic. Still on mood swings. And its getting worse. I still think that people around me are quite different from what i used to see. Tonight, my mood went from semakin-ceria to mental-very-mental.

Then, that tutor dude at work who pissed me with his sarcasm. I mean if he can't stand me always talking with my student then complain me. i'm more than happy to get out of there. What can i do when i only have a studeNT. not -eNTS. Obviously my student is bored when he's not talking. I do agree that sometimes that student of mine talk inappropriate stuffs but why should the f dude keep on looking at us as if we're doing something suspicious. Next time he does that, i'm going to do what i do best- be mad. Hah. i was thinking or ways to get out of there. I just need more time to collect some strength and say, 'i want out' to that scary principal. Maybe it was a bad move to agree to this job at that new place. Maybe the internet is right. I always have choosen a questionable path.

Bah. Salam and Malam.

Mr. K: the hat on you was... okay. Okaylah. Watmore can i say. (when the look says it all) Haha =p that long hair suits the hat hahaha (and u tink u can convince me to say not stay speechless=p)

Dying slowly. Need not any push.

And when you're not seeing, you won't realise that it's gone. Dat easy to break. That fragile. I'm right here but something's just not quite right.

Jumped into Swan river. Swam back to life. But something is left.

Faking. And its not real. Forcing. And it bruises.

Tired of painting on white canvas. Too much paint ruins the picture. Too little, feels incomplete.

For the record, i know things people are trying to hide. Sharp instinct destroy how life is supposed to be- spontaneous.

Too much secret... destroy life itself.

And i'm keeping secrets. Let me destroy mine.

Pursue what you need. Sacrifice on others side is not what i desire.

Emotions and sentiments make me a venus.

Too much burns the other planets.

Thoughts make one leonardo davinci.

Too much makes one cut their ears.

I never change. If what you saw is different than what you always see...its not changes but because you never saw that part of me before. Or refuse to see.

I never changed. But i left something.

I left something when i saw beauty in another country. Its physical. And its lost.

Something is missing. But you probably won't realise what it is.

I'm not contagious. My questions are not. Once in a while all these questions comes running towards you. And i wish not others say its my fault they start to question too.

Philosophical? That's me. Emo? Thats me. I never change. But i feel like everyone around me has. Have you? Think about it while i leave this post as a most probable last post for you to ponder.

And let me keep the rest to myself.

Tersinggung.

This is random. The sentences are very random. To the people who knew who they are (or who might not.)

I really felt unappreciated. When you know i'm always there for you, you turn to someone else. Everyone else knew by text, only me in the dark. Its not like you cannot ask me to get you. Or drive you around like i always do.Funny how fun it is for you to drive everyone else but me.Funny how you try to tell me not to think about when you can almost see where this is going.Funny how months later i just knew about your family situation that made you down when i was there in another window when you told the other person. Funny how you don't have to be told to start the engine when other times your reluctant to touch the keys.Funny how you felt hurt when i was mad about something else.Funny how hard it is for people to reply to my text messages.Funny how i intend for me being mad that night to be shown but you kept it to yourself.Funny how happily you smiled or laughed when with somebody else but it seems like i'm just solely for one purpose- toy.Funny how much i dreaded being away and its something you don't even care.

It is as if i am forgotten. A ghost. And it hurts me to even stare at your eyes.

But i'm sure i'm just feeling selfish again. I hope i am.

Cuma tersinggung.

I saw beauty all around me.

BACK.
KEMBALI.
surprised??
Missed me?
well i guess not. dissapointed.. but wtf.

Its not until you see the canopy trees, the meanders and the heavy clouds causing turbulence to the plane from above that you realise, despite the beautiful four seasoned country, nothing beats the feeling than being in hot and humid one.

And look what i've got. Love packets (4 love packets =p) Heheh. Thrilled to know what's inside? *julurr

And more in my Love plastic for my darlings. Lets meet up sometime ah catchup. Besides Ridha and Miz punya last souvenir aku balum bagi hehehe.

Since i'm back you all better expect sudden late night calls and aku-di-luar-umah-mu-awal-ani text messages. What more can you expect from tiqah? =p

I seek for something that isn't there. looking at all the wrong places. But atleast i saw, from above, the beauty that god created for mankind.

Won't tell you what it it now. Let pictures speak next time aku rajin. Anyways my wireless still palau. Hard to get online. Bah salam and malam.

Leaving footprints.

For the past few days T was dying and had died.
And reborn.

I learnt a few things while i'm here:

1- I learnt that guys, with the right body proportions (and the right footwear), in skinny jeans just turns me on. I know ewww. But yeah, there are certain people can pull off that look and its just sexy.

2- Watching Prince Caspian for the third time at Picadally cinema confirms your choice- william moseley has a very kissable lips. (when you got ben barnes and will moseley..its like choosing coffee or tea) I died watching this movie.

3- If my house is Kings park, i will have no regrets in life.

4- Sex and the city, again at Piccadally Cinema, brought me back to life. Thanks girl power, branded handbags and nude lads.

5- I miss my toilet. I wash when i pee not wipe. And when its period time...urgh very 'convenient'. (PMSing)

6- Gentleman is a rare spieces. Saya terpikat dengan gentlemans. Sapa inda.

7- Falafel balls sangat nyaman. Someone bring that Maoz chain to Brunei.

8- Here i am miles away and what made alive again are movie/tv shows, calming parks and kissable lips. Of all places...sheesh. There goes my FOC. Oh well... atleast i got to watch Sex and The City here.

9- I learnt that i'm not the type that love long rests do nothing.

10- I want Mr kissable lips. Okay lets be realistic. Atleast a someone with that kind of sexy lips. =/ god. can't get over those sexy lips! (still on to it since the past few days)

Loves.

And so i bid farewell to Perth- the swan city.

What have you done for today?

Current location: St Catherine's college. Lin's doing her work. Ka Sha's having her dinner in the hall.
On another note, itsss..... world environment day!

Stop climate change. Don't pollute the air (and that includes no polluting the air with fucking cigarrete smokes Being a passive smoker for the past few days is doing no good for the lungs. heh.) Walk to school =p and last but not least, practise car pool. Towards a low carbon economy we go.

Don't mind me.. i've been walking my way and using public buses. Even a day makes so much difference. So what have you done for today?

Aching feet. Chapped lips. Cold winds.

Its 6.59pm. Its cold. And its dark.

I'm at Claremonte now- at Lina's apartment. Hence, the internet. I'm still staying in the city though. And for 2 working days (monday was public holiday) my job was to buy lunch and wait for mum during lunch time and then do nothing and buy dinner and wait for mum for dinner. fewh.

I guess...this is what i call a relaxing holiday: nada kan dibuat.

Mum's going back to Brunei tommorow so i'll be lodging at Kaka's- at St. Catherine's college. And probably at the weekends i'll stay here at Claremonte. Entah. I don't know how i am going to survive. I mean... baru jua tadi ku sasat. cemana ku idup jauh dri city ne naik bus apa. Owh i'm pretty good with the city's directions already. And not to mention bored... my money is mostly spent on food (which is expensive) and city sakai-ing was done during my last trip last month. Awu kraja ku sini tukang bali makanan, tido and liat tv. Bah eh inda ku batah ne arh lina ah. Jauh nyanta dri hotel ku yg nun di city. Jauh lagi tu bejalan arh galap kan ke bus stop. Seriously, i hate walking along that dark paths. Inda ku suka bbnr. The nights here in Brunei aren't that happening.

Rupanya ada orang wonder apa saya hendak belikan dia. Apa baik ah?

Still looking for what i'm worth. When a day or two past like these cold winds, what does three more makes? If silence can clear these crystal balls, i'm cutting away from the rest.

Bah malam,
Salam sayang kepada semua dari Perth.

I am flying off soon. not expecting it to be sooner.

I'm leaving Brunei in less than 3 hours. Surprised? Me too.

Long story cut short. I know i told people that i'm going Monday afternoon. We thought it was at 2 pm. Until just now...At around 7 pm plus mom was looking at the ticket and said, "kul 2 jalan kul 8 malam tu sampai ah. Inda sampat mama jalan2 ne. Keraja ari selasa." She went out. Then rushed back in and said, "mama cakap kul 2 tadi kan??"

You see...if our flight is in the afternoon, she would say 1400. But nooo. She said 2. AND IT TURNS OUT THAT OUR FLIGHT IS TWO IN THE MORNING.

Cuaaai.

We haven't even packed or buy a few stuffs for the trip and everything went so fast. I bathed so fast. I packed last minute (as in dump everything i could think of). Go to the shop. It was happening so fast that i am still shocked about the fact that i am going to be in the land of kangaroos tommorow morning. I mean.... can you just imagine. My mind and body (and soul) was expecting to be there tommorow night. I have a list of plans to do before take off (ie. ke fz kemana.) and take my time packing. sekali nyaa..... *shocked* Well, the good side, mum can now tour around the city first before she starts working on tuesday.

And regarding accomodation, her office paid for a room at Parmelia hotel (it just says Parmelia hotel on her paper) I googled that hotel and the only thing that came up was Parmelia hilton which is just walks away from Kings park and Swan River, the place i really want to go. So i really wished that, that is where we are going to stay. (if there is no other Parmelia hotel around town). So that time my mum keraja....aku jalan saja ke Kings Park liat bunga segarkan mata. HHAHAH *angan2*

lalalalalala. oh oh. Sadly! i'm bringing my antibiotics with me. I hate antibiotics now. It made me gain weight. Why? Because i have to eat every 2 hours so that i wouldn't have gastric. Stupid erethromycin side effects. Macam aku oun sangal makan tapi lapar setiap 2 jam.

Bah out.

Surprises are better than words.

Firstly, saya apologise for being a lazy blogger lately. But the things in my mind right now, i'd rather keep than say. heh.
But anyways, to my girl- we celebrated her birthday with another spectacular, planned (very hard until i almost fry my brain thinking if it will work), surprise. HAHA. and again we succeded! bah read B and K's blog about how long our surprise plan was.

Wow. We looked so innocent. and prettier. (kenapa aku macam sangat lah putih dulu and now inda?)

HAPPY 19th!! I don't have any drawings for you this time... because your canvas is bigger and colours are us.

Sayang.
